HOA Implements Fine Schedule

In September of 2021, the Stone Forest HOA decided to implement a fine schedule in hopes of discouraging homeowners who have disregarded multiple warnings mailed to them by Association Services (our management company).  A $15 fine will now be imposed when the 3rd warning within a 12 month period is sent to the homeowner by Association Services for the same infraction.

Please pick up after your pets.
Stay in the loop.
HOA Management Company

The HOA installed pet waste station near both entrances of Stone Forest for the convenience of dog walkers who pass through or reside in our neighborhood.  If you have children walking your dog, please teach them to pick up after the dog and to dispose of the waste properly.

Please use a baggy from the pet waste station to pick up waste and dispose of it properly.  By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can help make Stone Forest a cleaner and healthier community.

In addition to our website, signs posted next to entry streets and our section on nextdoor.com, the Stone Forest HOA Board contacts homeowners from time to time with meeting announcements, and community information.

You can verify that the HOA has your name, address and a preferred e-mail address by sending updates and changes to the HOA mailbox at hoa.stoneforest@gmail.com.

Covenants & Restrictions
Trailers, Recreational Vehicles & Boats

The primary purpose of the homeowners association is to maintain and enhance property values through enforcing the covenants and maintaining of the common areas.  PDF files of both the Covenants and our HOA Bylaws can be found on the Documents and Forms page of this website.

Our covenants and restrictions prohibit trailers, RVs, and boats from being parked in driveways or in front of homes.  Please see the section 3.22 from our HOA documents that discusses this topic.

We understand that many homeowners have a need to get a RV or boat ready for use and there will be times when you will need to have it in front of your home on a temporary basis (24 hours or less).  However, parkin trailers, RVs or boats for an *extended period of time* (more than 24 hours) is in violation of our covenants and restrictions.

1701 Southwest Pkwy, Ste. 209

College Station, TX 77840

In 2020, the Stone Forest Home Owners Association signed a contract with Association Services to manage our billing, ensure that homeowners comply with our Covenants and that the HOA complies with new changes to the Texas Property Code.  A copy of our Covenants can be found on the Documents and Forms page of this website.

If you need to report an infraction or make a request to the architecture committee, you may fill out the form on the Contact page of this website or contact Association Services directly.

Thank you!

Thanks to all who keep the board informed of any broken sprinkler heads along the front entrance!
